Daily plus whenever you feel you need it, choose any one or more of the following that appeal

  • Give yourself a big hug;
  • Rock yourself a little;
  • Kiss yourself;
  • Smile lovingly to yourself;
  • Stroke your face, arms, head…;
  • Wriggle;
  • Shake it out;
  • Stretch

Then say this to yourself…

– It’s ok
– All is well
– Just take some slow deep breaths
– Everything’s rigged and working in your favour
– It truly is
– You’re home now
– You’re safe
– You’re loved
– Trust my little love
– I’m here for you
– I’m holding you

– I love you
– All is well
