A Game for Curious Humans
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), every organ holds its own wisdom.
Each one expresses itself through physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and energetic patterns.
When balanced, it gifts you with clarity, vitality, and flow.
When out of sync, it sends signals, asking for your attention.
This game helps you tune in.
Before You Start – Plug In
Check your connection to your inner guidance system (God, the Universe, Intuition… or your preferred name for the eternal wisdom)
Score it out of 100: ___ / 100
If it’s less than 100, pause and take slow, deep belly breaths. Keep going until you feel fully online.
Hold your current top-priority goal in mind as you play.
Let’s Play!
Step 1: Spot the Lead Pony
3 ways to find the clues
Which organ system is calling for support? Which can I lean on that’s already good to go?
Clue 1 – Timing – Chinese Meridian Clock

• What time of day do you feel most flat, wired or awake?
Note the organ system for each.
Match it to the Chinese Meridian Clock.
Step 2:
Clue 2 – Out of Balance chart
Which unbalanced qualities are loudest in you right now?
These are the ones we’ll balance in Step 5.

Step 4: Reset and Rebalance
Ask your inner wisdom –
Which serves you best to stimulate – the unbalanced system, the balanced system or both?
Stimulate the point on the Acupressure Wrist Chart below

- Reset the Unbalanced system.
Locate the energy point on your wrist for that system. See the diagram below.
With the intention to reset and rebalance that system – massage gently till you feel a shift.
- Energise the Balanced system
Locate the energy point on your wrist for that system. See the diagram below.
With the intention to stimulate that system – massage gently till you feel a shift.
- Both – Reset. Rebalance. Strengthen.
Note: If more than one organ system is identified – check which is the lead pony and either balance or energise – as guided.
Extra Stimulation Points
• For pericardium –
Place three fingers on your wrist, lowest finger on the wrist crease. At the position of the finger furthest away from wrist crease, stimulate the point in the midline.
• Tap, press or massage gently.
• For CV (centre of chest) or GV (base of skull or between brows), massage or tap lightly.
Continue the stimulation of your chosen point – until you feel a shift.
It might be warmth, calm, or a sense of release.
