A Game for Relieving Stress
The more peaceful you are, the more effectively and effortlessly you enhance, advance and achieve your goal.
Let’s Play!
For best results:
- Connect to your inner guidance system GPS (God, the Universe, Intuition… or your preferred name for the eternal wisdom) – to ensure accuracy and efficacy.
- Every step of the game, hold your present top priority goal in mind.
- Stay neutral, unattached to the result, open and curious.
Step 1: Connect
Make sure you’re 100% connected to your GPS.
Like electricity, the better connected you are, the more you generate insights and the more powerfully you achieve your goal.
Breathe until you see, feel, hear, sense 100.
Step 2: Quiz Yourself
Hold the intention to achieve your goals by being peaceful before, during and after they’re achieved.
This quiz will raise your awareness and inspire you to make positive changes.
Please love yourself enough not to criticise, judge, shame or blame yourself, as the answers come – seriously counterproductive – major peace disruption.

Step 3: What your score means…
• A score of 27 – 34:
Indicates that you already experience a great deal of inner peace – most of the time – and that you apply this inner peace within yourself and in your relationship with others.
• A score of 17 – 26:
Indicates that you experience a moderate amount of inner peace.
• A score of below 17:
Indicates that you probably are not feeling very peaceful about yourself or your life in general – however, you now have the exciting opportunity for growth – as you apply the principles for inner peace.
Step 4:
Inner peace is the integration of your thoughts, feelings and body – culminating in a state of tranquillity and harmony.
It’s basically a daily practice of physical, emotional and mental housekeeping.
Check with your GPS, what 1 baby step would enhance your inner peace right now?
Check this daily – and if you’re feeling out of sync then during the day as well.
Take the guided action.
Examples:
- Slow deep belly breathing – in for 4, hold for 4, out for 6, hold for 4 – other breath work techniques – as guided
- Meditation – there’s no right way – an app may help.
- Plenty of rest periods during and after work – that includes house work.
- A warm bath or shower
- Essential oils, soft music, candles
- A gratitude journal
- Stimulate your vagus nerve – it settles your nervous system
Please email me if you would like a list of nervous system calming actions – always here for you.
Step 5: Notice
Take the guided inner peace step.
Notice – how much calmer, centred and clear you feel.
Notice – how the ‘right’ people, ideas, coincidences and situations flow in when you’re peaceful.
Game over. Congratulations
Peace reigns
You can now rinse and repeat…
